OBLIGATORY NOTE ON TEST RESULTS When genetic tests are obligatory, the results must be noted on pedigrees or on an appendix to the pedigree.

ABOUT TUV The only recognized colours are: d, e, n, a, f, g (+21) Any other colour should be registered as XLH*<TUV> Cats imported from Turky may enter the novice class only if provided with the necessary documentation.

ABOUT BUR Novice cats are not permitted for breeding.

ABOUT SIA/BAL/SYS/SYL They are not allowed to be crossed with silvers of any variety. Exceptions can be granted by the FIFe Member.

ABOUT SIN The SINGAPURE has been accepted as Preliminary Recognized breed

JUDGES RULES ART. 3.7 Limitation in participation of FIFe judges in non-FIFe shows: only 2 weekends in 1 year where FIFe Member exist.

SHOW RULES ART 6.1.2e A non-FIFe Judge can judge only 3 weekends per year at FIFe shows

STANDARD, GENERAL PART: DESCRIPTION OF COLOUR OF SIAMESE POINTED AND SIAMESE TABBY POINTED Change and uniform the description within the different colour varieties

FIFe TITLES Only FIFe registered cats (and housecats) owned by FIFe individual members can have FIFe Titles registered.

DISQUALIFICATION FAULTS 8.3 Pregnant and nursing cats: No complete Judge’s report and should be put into quarantine immediately 8.4 Cats determined to be ill by a vet during a show: must be removed immediately from the show hall together with all cats from same owner 8.5 Cats obviously ill: must be put into quarantine immediately.

STUDENTS/JUDGES DOCUMENTATION They can be submitted as certified copies or electronically saved copies.

BREED SEMINARS – New article Each FIFe member is permitted to organize FIFe Breed Seminars for Student Judges. Such Seminars  are proposed and organized in cooperation with the relevant Breed Councils and conducted by a FIFe Judge. Breed Seminars may be held during a show weekend. A maximum of 3 Breed Seminars per day are allowed and at least 10 cats for each breed of different ages must be present (i.e. 3 Breed Seminars = min. 30 cats). A certificate (training outside the show hall), signed by the lecturing Judges, will be issued to each Student Judge who has remained in attendance for the whole duration of the Seminar. The value of the certificate, in number of cats, shall be the number of cats present during the Seminar. Art. 2.1.17 applies as for the maximum nr. of cats allowed for each category with this type of Seminar. The relevant Seminar information (breed(s), location and duration) shall be published in the official FIFe show calendar at least 2 months prior to the date fixed. The organizer should be mentioned as well as a contact number (telephone, fax, e-mail).

EXCEPTION FOR TRAINING IN CAT III and IV KBS and SYL are not anymore compulsory for Students

CATTERY NAME No more obligatory international code in cattery name registration. Cattery names cannot contain EMS codes or abbreviation for a breed and the word “cattery”

ABOUT THE PEB and DSP New codes to be use for Long coat (81), Short coat (82) and Brush (83).
